Yatri Niwas
Yatri Niwas, a working pilgrim guesthouse in Ayodhya, was running bookings, billing, and inventory on manual processes — with GST compliance, guest data retention rules, and daily financial reconciliation all falling on the front desk staff.
We built a full property management system from the ground up: a public booking site, a REST API, and an admin panel covering everything from check-in to GST-compliant invoicing, group bookings, and inventory tracking — backed by 241 automated API tests and 75 UI tests before anything shipped.
The system now runs the guesthouse's real, daily operations — real guests, real payments, real compliance requirements — with the same team that built it still maintaining it.

Built the frontend, REST API, and admin panel for an instant digital lending platform — short-term personal loans from ₹2,000 to ₹25,000 with online KYC and a fully digital approval flow, live across India.
